The IGEL company was founded in 1992 as a three-person project office in the field of electronic medical equipment. A year later, the first two products reach the market - systems for digital archiving of ultrasound examinations and X-ray images.

In 1994, we started the production of the first generation of ICARD M Patient Monitors, equipped with monochrome LCD displays. Successively modernized and expanded with new measuring modules, they were very successful on the Polish market.

Since 2004, we are developing sales of our products beyond the Polish borders. The increasing production forces us to expand the headquarters, so in 2006 we move to the new address, to Gliwice.

For over 25 years, we have been guided by concern for patient safety and meeting the requirements and convenience of medical personnel. The success is confirmed by thousands of ICARD monitors used in over 20 countries in Europe and Asia.
